Policies

• GBS requires a non-refundable 25% deposit at the time of booking. This deposit will be credited toward the total cost of service. The Remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment.

• If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your service may be shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting other clients. The full service price will still apply.

• No call- No shows will be charged 30% of the remaining service cost. Multiple missed appointments will result in denied booking privileges.

• Appointments are preferred. If the day/time you need is not listed, please contact GBS to inquire about availability. We will try our best to work with you.

• Same day appointments must be scheduled at least 1 hour in an advance.

• A consultation is required before certain corrective or advanced treatments to ensure we choose the safest and most effective approach for your skin.
  Consultation fees are credited toward your first facial.

• To maintain a quiet, professional environment, please come to your appointment alone unless otherwise discussed (parent/guardian required for minors).
  No children or extra guests are permitted in the treatment room.
